North Western Wisconsin

Well things are starting to heat up around the lakes area of NW Wisconsin. I am starting to see the spring rush of buyers and sellers coming through town on the weekends. I only hope to get the website moving more this year, since I was working on some properties this winter and never really got the chance to sit with it I will be making the listing changes on a regular basis now and will post more often as I can. We are working a deal on a rehab in the village of Luck,wi and also looking at a property in Daytona Beach, Fl (condo) for renting to the vacationers down there. There seems to be a rush of new construction in the NW Wi area and being sold as FSBO although there is alot of REA working this area it really seems fitting for the REI to be here also. There has also been a large number of Forclosures and REO's popping up, if you are doing your home work and networking you will find some great deals in the area.
